Pros: The location of pick up was convenient and the agent very polite and knowledgeable.
Cons: The car provided had seen some better days. It was old, had lots of miles and was bashed up pretty much everywhere. The brakes needed replacing and the check engine light came on towards the end of the trip. The car could have done with a proper cleanup rather than just throwing a bucket of water.

Pros: i did lost my physical drivers license ( i had photos of it) but the clerk was very uncooperative and very impatient with us after a long flight from YUL to RAK a train to Casblanca and a TGV to Tanger, we were on a res eyes 20 hours trip, hoping to get the car for a 7 days road trip... but it did not happens. it was so disappointing and stressful situation to rplanned our itinary ( taxi,buses and so forth. i would really hope that you guys will credit my deposit back on my credit card. thanks !

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The car was in terrible condition. It had several dents and scratches. The car was experiencing acceleration issues and the fuel gauge was giving me incorrect readings. Also, they gave me the car on empty. the fuel light was on and they asked me to bring it back empty. Yes, you read that right. It was the worst car rental experience for me.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
