Cons: They charged an extra reservation on my visa. Furhter did they not go over the existing demages when we left. We were scared that they would charge us with things we didn't cause. They did not take that fear away.

Pros: Very fast and efficient. Could speak French no problem and some English. There was no fuss with insurances or any other gamic.
Cons: The group before me took 30 min to get their car, mostly due to language barrier. The personal had to call someone else a couple of time to translate English to arabic. Although we had asked for a GPS, the car only had Apple car play, which forced me to use my phone as a gps. Good thing I didn’t pay the extra for it ahead of time.

Pros: Air car was moeilijk te vinden, omdat we geen bevestiging hadden ontvangen van DiscoveryCars. Daardoor hadden we geen correct adres. Dank zij de eigenaar van de riad die ons enorm heeft geholpen, hebben wij Aircar in Fez gevonden. Bij Aircar is alles gelukkig goed verlopen.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
