Pros: The car was awfully dirty, having a lot of damages. The car provided was different than requested. The place for picking up was hard to find. No matter of the contract conditions the security deposit was not released on time(and still is not 5 days later).

Cons: I can't recommend Air car company no matter of the cheapest price provided.

Pros: Quick car delivery service, efficiency to get and return the car

Cons: I was told the deposit was 2/8 but actually was between 1/8 and 2/8. In my understanding, if it is a bit below 2/8 the client should be told the deposit it is 1/8. Also, I do not think the car should be given with less than 4/8 (it is not ideal)

Pros: They cancelled the return fee from Tanger to Marrakech because I returned it early.

Cons: The communication and information shared between the personal. I had to make multiple calls before the people in Tanger accepted the return.

Cons: 1. It was very difficult to find the AirCar office in the centre of Marrakech. There are no numbers on buildings. The sign of AirCar on windows or doors of the Office would be very helpful. 2. It would be much easier if agent in Nador airport could speak English (at least basics) and if he does not arrive late (too much stress before flight).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1145.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
