Pros: very convenient location of car office and the actual car

Cons: - the car had dents, smashed lights and an engine warning on the dashboard. We told them about the engine warning by they told us it was fine and we should take the car. - they tried to get us to pay in cash for the rental after using our card to take the deposit (he tried to pretend the card machine was not working when we were paying for the actual rental). we refused to pay in cash and had a stand off. He eventually gave in but it made us feel we were dealing with someone very dodgy.

Pros: Aircar were excellent. It was very easy to collect our car when we arrived at the airport, the processing of the documents was quick and easy, and the car which we had rented was excellent. We used it for three weeks and drove it all over and it gave no problems. Furthermore, when we returned the car the service was also excellent. The people at Aircar were very friendly and helpful and again it was very quick and easy to return the car. Mohammed at the Aircar desk was particularly helpful.

Pros: Smooth handover picking up car at airport.

Cons: Nobody available at office when I returned the car so I phoned them and 30 minutes later someone came. Card machine ran out of battery so I had to take his word for it that he would return my deposit. All good in the end but added unnecessary stress at end of holiday.

Cons: Picked up car with an empty tank, and the light flashing. First time I’ve ever done this before. Car could have been cleaner. Everything else was fine.

Pros: Quick and efficient

Cons: Having used the card machine to secure my deposit, it was not possible to use again for my payment and therefore demanded cash. Luckily, I had cash and paid but then the agent had no change only a couple of pounds but not professional. On returning the car the agent tried again to get cash from me for returning the car a little late. He did not succeed but again not necessary and not professional - will think twice before using Aircar again

Pros: The car didn’t break down before I had finished with it

Cons: To be fair on Aircar I booked this on the afternoon of Eid for pick up the next day. When I arrived at the airport there was no record of my booking. Eventually found but advised the car wasn’t clean. It was filthy and had almost zero gas, no water and the rep had to move all his things from the car. I asked if there was any water to clean the windows but the only solution was to use his trousers! He told me to ignore all flashing lights about tyre pressure, no airbag working, alarms going off.

Pros: Good gas mileage on the vehicle.

Cons: Unresponsive customer service. Car was very dirty on the inside. No windshield wiper fluid. A taillight was out. Office for return in Marrakesh very difficult to find.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1140.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
