Airport-services at Vienna Airport

Pros: Excellent service. Smooth and punctual in picking up and returning back of car.

Cons: Good communication with client.

Pros: I actually like they met you right outside of the airport. No waiting in lines car was handed by to us.

Cons: There was really not many things. I didn’t like, just a drop off hassle because of the traffic issues for the agent.

Cons: The booking voucher describes a shuttle pickup, but I was instead met with a representative, and received the car at the airport.

Pros: It was a seamless process and the staff were very efficient. A link was provided for tolls for Hungary, staff were friendly, knowledgable and responsive to questions during the hire period.

Cons: The car was different to the one I ordered which contributed to difficulties with a back injury.

Cons: I booked a Ford mondeo estate or equal but what I got was a Hyundai I30 estate which is a lower category and a smaller, cheaper and less reliable car.

Cons: We had to drop off the car at 7:30am which is earlier that their official opening hours of 9:00am. Got charged 40€ even though the rep was already dropping off another car to another client at that time. Got charged 50€ for taking the car from the Vienna airport to Slovakia for our vacation. I understand that the rental company is Slovak and the car is registered in Slovakia so is the 50€ charge really necessary?

Pros: Alex and Max from the Airport Services have been very polite and professional . I highly recommend this kind of car rental and personal service to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a mix up in pick up time of about 2 hours. However, after that it was OK.

Pros: Location of pick up close to arrivals. Contact via WhatsApp worked well, and representative made contact as we landed.

Cons: Drop off process needs to be improved, waited 45 minutes for representative to arrive to hand over car at airport terminal. No specific point given at departure drop off.

Cons: Insurance service even for full coverage is complicated and not worth the money as per explanation.

Cons: Since they deliver the car at a specific time, t was difficult to time an appointment to pick it up or drop it off. Also their agents were not on time and it was difficult to get in touch with them by phone.

Cons: I had to sign a contract in the Slovak language witch I don't understand. An international contract has to be in English or the renters choice of language.

Pros: The employee Alex was very excellent and flexible in dealing with him.

Cons: The day we returned the car, it was rainy and we were late to return the car because of the weather conditions, but the employee Max was very rude. We were only one hour late to return the car, and the reason was beyond our control.

Cons: There was a problem in returning the car. The company representative forgot to arrive. It cost me in spending time and money. Also, there was no Android Auto in the car.

Pros: Everything worked out as advertised and promised on the website. The car was a newer model and very clean. The agents were punctual, friendly and very professional. No concern about giving them the business next time around.

Cons: It took a while to figure out where to collect the car, as the attendend hadn't arrived with the car yet due to an issue. The car wasn't clean on collection. Incorrect information was given regarding highway use and fees.(this person is no longer with the company we found out when returning the car) The contract was in Slovakian only; who can read Slovakian??
