Pros: They gave me a much better car than one I booked.
Cons: The baby seat was not in the car and they gave it to me on the reception and it wasn’t very clean. The car fuel was not full but only 1/4. I paid for drop off out of working hours expecting someone to accept the car from me, instead of this they told me to park the car and to leave the keys in the box on the back side of the office. So I still don’t know if everything is ok with the car and waiting for the deposit to be released(6 days after dropping off the car).

Pros: Fast, clear and kind service. Easy dropping off. Fast deposit release.1-year-old car in good condition, low mileage, efficient engine and low consumption.
Cons: Office outside the terminal. Fuel policy is not full to full. Dirty traces on the seats amd broken registration plate frame which wasn't mentioned in the protocol (check before picking up).

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
