Cons: Didn't have the car I reserved. Took a car that was dirty. Had a low tire sensor on the whole time. Windshield wipers were worn out and they slapped the rental car sticker in the middle of the rear window where you have to look when driving!

Pros: The car itself was in good condition and performed well during my trip to Norway. Despite initially being concerned about receiving an automatic transmission instead of the manual I had requested, I quickly adjusted and found the car comfortable to drive. I didn’t experience any mechanical problems during my trip, which was a relief. Additionally, while the fuel tank wasn’t completely full when I picked up the car, it was very close, so this wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the vehicle met my need

Cons: There were a few issues that could be improved. The car had a persistent, unpleasant smell that caused headaches, and warning signs for propulsion system and tire pressure failures appeared on the second day, which was concerning. There was also a lack of proper documentation for existing scratches and windshield damage, so I had to take photos and send them to the staff to avoid disputes. Additionally, communication from the rental company was poor; I only received a confirmation email just bfr

Cons: I am not using credit cards, only debit cards, I payed with my debit card on internet, but at desk we both found, that this could be some kind of problem ... but I explained to the stuff, that I am not using credit cards at all, only debit ones with my own money. So please change your payment policy, because I am not the only one person of the World, who is not interested to use credit cards.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 860.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
If the renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter's credit card will be charged the cost of the toll plus an administration fee.
Mileage policy
Mileage depends on the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China, Vietnam will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.
Written permission from the rental company is required.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 30.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: Norway South.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 16.10 to 30.04 in the following regions: Norway North.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
