Pros: Lady checking me in was very nice. She told me about the car's GPS not working in some of the countries I was to visit and removed it from the contract, saving me some money.
Cons: I returned the car at the opening of office hours but noone was at the desk so I dropped off the keys. Two days later, received a bill for roughly 200 Euros for scratches. This is after I bought the "full insurance" that supposedly covered all damages. I also couldn't tell there were scratches. I returned the car without having washed it and they could have been smudges. I tried three times to Email the office but noone ever responded. They just took the damages off the deposit.

Pros: The personel was so kind and helpful. Agency was Trustworthy and clear instructions about paperwork and insurance things.
Cons: The car conditions very poor. İt was about 136000 km. I think when compare with the other rental cars it was too much. The steering wheel and seats were old. Air conditioning system not good.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
