Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1775.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), ID with photo. A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
