Pick-up instructions
Once you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall you will see a sign for Car Rental Shuttle Service and our logo (Enterprise Rent-A-Car). The shuttle stop is located in around 1 minute walk from the terminal building. This shuttle will take you to the Car Rental center where Enterprise Rent a Car will be your fourth stop on its route.

Cons: Very dirty windshield on inside. There was damage to the front undercarriage of the car that we noticed hours after leaving the lot. They acknowledged it when we turned in the car, but it would have been nice if they pointed that out before we left.

Cons: The online check in process doesn’t allow the individual with the reservation to upload photos of their credit card. Customers have TAP options now on their phones and do not carry physical cards. There should be another option for TAP users vs. Bringing your physical credit cards.

Cons: When picking up from airport, a shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The pick up point for the shuttle is in the open and can be very difficult to stand at when it’s cold and windy.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 3440.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

Cash, Debit cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
