Pros: Tire pressure light was on when we picked up vehicle, attendant sat in car and got rid of light except it went on again the next day. Also car was a diesel and needed additive. Check engine light was on and we had no idea why. Called rental and text them, got no reply. We took car to garage and they told us to add additive.

Pros: No issues in Bari. Car wasn't clean from outside, but it was brand new, so it's ok. The agent in Bari was very nice.
Cons: Dropping the car off in Naples central station was a nightmare. Email instructions were confusing in terms of where to drop the car off. Obviously driving in Naples is crazy in its own way, but there were no indications or signs on the street where the car rental place is located. I had to circle numerous times in horrible traffic. I had to call the enterprise agents numerous times before finally understanding where to go. When we got inside the parking garage, there were no signs in the inside.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 117 km per day.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries is free of charge.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
