Pros: I booked an economic car (VW Polo or similar) with manual gear (it was the mos ecomomic option after a small city car). They gave me a Seat Leon Cupra with automatic gear. The free update was great, I like the automatic gear, so no problem for me, but they didn't propose it, they simply gave me the keys. I think that somebody could be upset about this. This is simply a sugestion for the future.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning of the inner part of the windscreen, I had to clean it with alchool. Another point was that the windscreen wiper needed to be replaced.

Cons: First agent a girl was rude . Provided automatic car instead of manual . We lost about 1.5 hrs trying to sort this out as if it was our fault that they gave us the wrong type of car.

Cons: The car did not have navigation ( but the office gave us a garmin gps and it was perfect) and i asked for manual and got an automatic but i had an additional driver who knew how to drive it and taught me ( but dennmark is a great country to learn to drive automatic. Drivers are very patient and nice in traffic)

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 405.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
For local renters mileage is limited to 100 km per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires, Toll pass / E-toll device, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
For the Luxury, Special car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.

Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
