Pick-up instructions

If arriving by plane, you will find us one level below the arrival level. After leaving the security area in Arrivals 1, turn right until you reach the stairs and elevators. In Arrivals 2, turn left after the security area until you reach the stairs and elevators. Go down one level to Level U1. After leaving the elevator, you will find us on the right-hand side. At the end of the stairs, turn around and after approximately 100 yards you will find us on the left-hand side. If arriving by train or subway, take the stairs or elevators to go up one level to Level U1. After leaving the elevator, you will find us on the right-hand side. At the end of the stairs, look out for the elevators in front of you and behind you. You will find us on the left-hand side of the left of the three elevators. If you find yourself on one of the staircases which ends outside the terminal, please follow the instructions for arrival by car or bus. If arriving by car or bus, enter the terminal via Willy-Brandt-Platz on the ground floor. Inside the terminal go straight and after 200 yards, you will find us on the left-hand side next to the elevators. For arrivals in Terminal 5, please follow signs to the car rental center.

Pros: The location was in the airport and fairly easy to find. The car was nice.

Cons: For pickup there were only 2 agents who didn't seem concerned about all the people waiting. A third agent finally helped after 20 minutes and he was pretty efficient. The dropoff process is not clear at all. Much better instructions need to be provided about what "ground floor" means and how to return it after hours. We could not find a box to return keys and didn't know we were supposed to drive the car to an intake location. Very stressful experience and people were rude.

Cons: Information how to find desk for car collection not up to date. In Berlin airport from T2 is long walk and collection is actually in T1. We spent 30 minutes walking around to locate car rental

Cons: We waited more than 1 hour to pick the car up, I booked a Passat and they gave me a Mitsubishi Eclipse(a Total different class), The car had minor scratches and they did not agree to mention it and after dropping the car off in Munich, a damage report of 1050€ came to my email because of that! I don't know what to do?!

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1050.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Mileage policy

Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.

Additional information

Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
