From domestic arrivals Terminal 2: the Alamo counter is located in the baggage claim area in front of the baggage band. From International arrival Terminal 2: the Alamo counter is located in the customs area on the right of the exit door. From Terminal 3: the Alamo counter is located in the customs zone across from exit doors. Once you pick your luggage up, please walk up to the rental area where you can find our counter. A National Enterprise Alamo representative will provide your the instructions to pick the shuttle service up, taking you to the branch so you can take your vehicle

Pros: Alamo staff - amazing service, top professionalism and friendly! I cannot remember all the staff's name but Karina and Fernando who were at the desk were outstanding. The shuttle service to the airport was timely and quick. The rates were well priced.

Cons: We rented a Nissan Kicks. The only issue we had was when we filled our gas full, it took probably 15 minutes for the tank level to respond and eventually showing a full tank whilst on the way back returning the car. Just added some stress at the end.

Pros: At Alamo they were very correct. Upon receiving the vehicle, I was given adequate explanation. They certainly were not too pushy for additional insurance. I did not take this one since I had already taken the all-in from Discover Cars. Noting the damage present on the vehicle was done very correctly. The return of the car also happened very smoothly.

Cons: The vehicle was correct in terms of cleanliness even though it could have been a little better. Too bad about the smell that was somewhat in the vehicle.

Pros: Excellent service: even if our flight had a delay of more than 4 hours and we arrived during the night staff was incredibly kind and efficient in picking us at the airport and during all the rental procedure. Since the car I rent from the site was too big for my needs, we easily agreed to get another car from the same category but a little bit smaller.There were no problem for the extra coverage (I stipulated it with discovercars and they didn't questioned). No problem either with the drop off.

Pros: Alamo was quick and ready. We read a lot of negative reviews for car rental companies in general in Cancun, so decided to pay a premium to rent with Alamo. Dealing with them was very assuring.

Cons: I think the process charged could be a bit more competitive.

Pros: Vzhledem k tomu, že půjčovna je kousek od letiště, tak nás velice rychle na letišti vyzvedli, dovezli do půjčovny, a při vrácení opět bez problémů. Měli jsme připojištěné vozidlo na střední pojistku což bohatě stačí, sice stála navíc 200 dolarů, ale při vrácení auta téměř neprohlížei. Jinak celkový dojem velice dobrý.

Cons: Statší typ vozidla a vzhledem ke skutšnosti, že jsou ve městech všude dost veliké a časté zpomalovací prahy tak auto s nájezdem 100 tis km bylo trochu " vytlučené". Ale toto není chyba půjčovny.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 945.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
