Pros: Economical. Agent what was helpful
Cons: In the USA, generally when returning a car, there is a separate signed location that take one to a different location than the pickup. It was not made clear to us that the return in Luxembourg is the same locations as the pickup. Hence we drove around looking for the return sign.

Cons: I rented a stationwagon (example: VW Passat SW) from Alamo. When I got to the desk, the representative told me they don’t stock station wagons. Instead, he gave me an SUV. An SUV has nothing to do with a SW. Boot space and relative dimensions are totally different. SWs and SUVs are not equivalent. And I didn’t travel for tourism, I actually needed a SW.

Pros: Friendly, efficient.
Cons: It was not mentioned that we received a car where someone previuously had smoked in. A deodorant was in the car hanging on the mirror anfd the backseats were still damb from cleaning.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Cash, Debit cards is/are not accepted.
