Terminal 5 Due to renovations at Terminal 5, the shuttle bus now runs from Terminal 4. Follow signs to Terminal 4. Then exit through the main entrance and turn to the right. Bus P2 will run from bus stop number 3. Terminal 4 Exit through the main entrance and turn to the right. Bus P2 Car Rental will run from bus stop number 3. Terminal 2 Exit through one of the entrances. Bus P2 will run from bus stop number 4.

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 865.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Rate excludes

The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 30.04) Winter tires are included in price.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Phone number, email address, Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
