TERMINAL 1 (T1): From the baggage claim area go to customs. The counter is located on the left of the passenger exit. Please proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. TERMINAL 2 (T2): Once baggage claim and customs is finished, exit T2 through gate 18. Walk to the shuttle bus area and aboard the shuttle identified with our brands name. It will take you to T1. Please walk to the Rental car area, and proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. From the baggage claim area go to customs. Cons: Für den Sand auf dem Fussboden musste 50 Dollar bezahlt werden. Dies war nicht in den Geschäftsbedingungen und nicht im Vertrag definiert. Zudem: Ich musste mehr für das Auto bezahlen als im Vertrag definiert war. ca. 150 Doller mehr! Korrupte Firma und Mitarbeiter!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1895.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
All credit cards must be capable of the CHIP and PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
