Pros: Quick pickup and dropoff of the car. The agent were very friendly and made sure everything is fine. The day before pickup we asked if the car would be available earlier and they tried their best and sent us a message as soon as it was ready. The car was very clean and in excellent condition.

Cons: Rental car rices are high in Costa Rica, but that's not specific to Alamo, so no issues with Alamo's service.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1890.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
