Pros: i left my expensive prescription sunglasses in the rental car when returning it. when i realised and reported this the staff rushed to go find them for me (the car was off site by then) knowing i had a flight to catch.

Pros: Our car broken down in wildreness and due tu unefficient service at car replacement we lost whole day of our vacation waiting
Cons: Inefficient replacement of broken car Not real willingness of staff to help us while stranded claiming that we are not in danger. Promise for replacement next day, we lost our prepaid accomodation but the replacement car was not ready, another 4 hours waiting etc. Never more Alamo!

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 4.95 CAD per day.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, French.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Vehicles originally rented in the following location(s): British Columbia may only be driven there and in the following location(s): Alberta, British Columbia, the State of Washington. Driving in any other region is prohibited.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
