When arriving at the Calgary International Airport proceed directly to the rental counter. This is located within the Rental Car Centre, level 3 of the Parkade and directly across from the airport Departures level. Please note, all cars must be picked up and dropped off on-airport. Follow the signs to Alamo and proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Pros: i left my expensive prescription sunglasses in the rental car when returning it. when i realised and reported this the staff rushed to go find them for me (the car was off site by then) knowing i had a flight to catch.

Pros: Our car broken down in wildreness and due tu unefficient service at car replacement we lost whole day of our vacation waiting
Cons: Inefficient replacement of broken car Not real willingness of staff to help us while stranded claiming that we are not in danger. Promise for replacement next day, we lost our prepaid accomodation but the replacement car was not ready, another 4 hours waiting etc. Never more Alamo!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 540.00), Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 4.95 CAD per day.

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 79 years.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
