Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize is 25.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Cabrios, Special, Prestige, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
For the following car group(s): Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Compact Elite, Special, a credit card is required. For the Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Compact Elite car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Diners, Discover, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Crossing country borders to Andorra, Portugal, Gibraltar is free of charge. Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Switzerland.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
