Cons: It was bad that they mentioned about existing scratch while returning though girl asked for checking video which was showed to her and she accepted it. It means they didn't capture it very well previously.

Pros: Service wasn't provided by Alamo but by their partnership company. They were amazing. One employee from the other company assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my vehicle, which was more than a 6-minute walk in very hot, humid weather.
Cons: Alamo should state that they are in partnership with another company located in that country and that they purchase their insurance upon arrival so there are no complications and no double payments for extra protection for the car rental. Or just use the other company's name for the rental. It was too complicated. I like Alamo and have used them in other places, but this situation left me feeling quite indifferent.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 117 km per day.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries is free of charge.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
