Pros: They found us another car in the end.
Cons: They tried to make us take a much smaller car than we ordered. Only by us refusing to take the car, did they do anything about it.

Cons: Clarity on the Full Insurance. I wasn't sure if the Full coverage was via Alamo or via Discover Cars. I know I paid for it but it wasn't clear on pickup
Pros: The staffs who managed the office
Cons: Car was full of bird droppings and interior was not cleaned. Previous hirers face masks were in glove compartment. Windscreen needs to be polished to prevent streaking during wiper operation
Pros: Assistant Manager Jey was very helpful.
