Pros: We did not have much interaction with staff besides receiving and returning car. They were very helpful, spoke good English. Asked us to inspect the car and reminded us to check everything afterwards. The car was clean, quite new. It could have been a bit more powerful, but maybe it's just the car. Overall everything was great. Amazing prices for the cars you get.

Cons: We had some problems with tire pressure that they did not warn us about. Nothing much, just the changes in air temperature affected tire pressure so we were in a bit of stress if we did everything correctly with it. Also, they could include a little paper about how to return the car, we just had to call many times to understand the process which could be just simply written down.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, good new clean car

Cons: We had a little difficulty when returning the car, this was not Alfa rentals fault but rather the airport car park but the alfa staff came and helped us so that was great.

Pros: Exceptional efficiency, professional and easy to deal with. No attempt at any kind of scam like common with other providers. No waiting, car well equipped and performing brilliant on snow covered mountain roads.

Cons: The car was in pretty bad shape so I had to go back and change the car (one hour back from the destination, making us late for our trip). It had low air and I had to stop every 10 mins to fill the tire with air.

Cons: From my experience, when rental company doesn't have the vehicle you've booked, they offer an free upgrade in most case's. I had to point this out, because been offered a downgrade instead

I paid 30 euros when I booked the car from Sweden which is ok, I would pay 70 euros more on the spot, but it turned out that they wanted 30 euros more for the green card because it is not included, the agreement says that it is not included , but it also does not say how much it costs, they could have said 50 or 100 Euro more? All companies I have rented from before have included a green car

I got the worst possible treatment, in addition you have to get a full tank and return a full tank, as soon as we left the parking lot the airport after 300m one of 5 dots went out, I returned the car with 4 dots just as I got it and was charged 20 euros more 😡 Rather pay more than choose Alfa Car Rental. Do not make the same mistake as me. They are the worst.

Cons: They provided a car that statet, that it needed services. I drove by a agency in the town that I was living in. And was told, that they didn't switch the engine light off. When the car was at service last time. They didn,t have the time at that moment to switch it off, but wanted me to come back the following week. So that they could switch it off. I sadly didn't have this time in my vacation. And had to live with this beeping anoying light.
