Cons: Like many car rental companies in Turkey, they try to cheat with the deposit. Under the guise of the impossibility of blocking funds (for an unknown reason), they force you to buy additional insurance, which does not require a deposit. After 30 minutes of arguing and involving the bank (which confirmed that the company did NOT request transactions), everything miraculously starts working. As a result: 40 min of stress and additional expenses for calls in roaming. But we still got the car! )

Cons: they saw us with young kids at midnight, told me my credit credit didn't work, and advised I could pay them more money to use a debit card. I spent ages trying to contact my bank (who advised there was no issue with my card). I asked the staff member to try again, and by magic it worked. However, they haven't blocked the deposit, they have charged me! This means I now have a non sterling fee added to my account, and if the deposit isn't refunded on time I will be charged interest.

Cons: The car was not the same class as the one we chose. Had more than 100000 kms but was ok to drive and didn’t breakdown. Was told that the deposit would be blocked on the credit card. Instead this was charged. I ended up paying a big transaction fee for the bank and also almost reaching the card spend limit with £1050 being charged. This is not what happens with other car rentals where the deposit is just blocked and not charged on the card. Hope this gets refunded soon.

It took me three days to convince the staff that the car is faulty, unfortunately they didn’t understand any English and kept saying “there is problems, carry on driving” eventually when I insisted to return the car they had to replace it after 3 days of my rental. Also,after prompting a few time,it took more than SIX weeks after the end of the rent to release the deposit.

They cited reasons for holding due to possible traffic penalty - that is NOT a good reason to hold 1200 euro? Potential renters be warned of this practice. Flashing fuel light, broken wipers, no screen wash, needed a service, faulty air con and after a bump i received zero assistance from them. Police advised they should have provided another car.

Online was written that the pick up of the car is at the airport, instead you have to go outside, wait for a stuff member pick you up (which took longer than 40 min to get to us). The main reason for dissatisfaction is the very long term promised to return the deposit - 25 working days! When the car was taken over, a rather detailed report on the condition of the car was drawn up. But they didn't write anything down when returning it. The agent just said OK. How else - we returned the car in perfect condition, without a single scratch.

When I picked the car, the agent moved fast around the car to mark the existing scratches. But when I dropped the car after taking a very good care of it, the agent was very carefully relooking trying to find any new scratches. The agent even said that he can not clearly check the car, and he needs to wash it first. I'm waiting right now for the costly additional deposit that I paid.

They cancelled my booking at the airport saying I am drinking alcohol while I had taken only a few sips of the beer i bought because our flight arrived very late in Antalya, Turkey. The worst part is, he was laughing on phone while I tried to explain, I am not drunk. They filmed me with my family as evidence which was not with my permission. Insensitive and inhumane behaviour from them. A decent person could warn me but they straight cancelled.

Cons: The Allmeet rent a car representative didn't showed up at the airport even he was notified and he promised to arrive in 10 minutes. After waiting him for about a hour at 3 AM we have decided to take a taxi to reach our destination. I have rented cars in so many places, but such a bad experience I have never met. For me, definitely is my last experience with Discover Cars and Allmeet. Ciprian

Cons: The waiting around for them to bring the car

Pros: I got scammed you guys charged me deposit and the company I went to didn’t offer me car without having a credit card even though on website it said I could use my debit card

Cons: They are liars, they charge you all the deposit claiming Technichal problems, don't rent from them

Cons: the person in charge for the drop off was late and i missed my plane so i had to buy a new ticket for me and family to get back home

Pros: nothing.

Cons: they tried to cheat me from getting my deposit back when returning car. claiming it would be paid to my bank account but i paid it cash. Fraudattempt.
