Cons: The car was not Road worthy! AC did not work, completely filthy, could hear the brake pads grinding, worn out tyres, broke down during our rental. Really bad car and quite scary to drive.

Pros: Assolutamente nulla!! atterrati all'aeroporto di Zante, dopo che tutti i passeggeri se n'erano già andati via da un pezzo, siamo rimasti in 6, io con mia moglie e 4 ragazze che, anche loro avevano prenotato con Alma Car Hire. Dopo aver telefonato una decina di volte fra noi e le ragazze, dopo circa un'ora sono arrivati in aeroporto con 2 ruderi, la nostra,una Chevrolet Matiz con Km 64000, aria condizionata completamente scarica e con un cigolio quando viaggiavamo che preludeva a nulla di buono.

Cons: Non hanno nessun ufficio presso l'aeroporto ed i contratti vengono su un tavolino esterno all'aeroporto. Dopo 3 giorni abbiamo dovuto cercare il vero ufficio in quanto la vettura a momenti andava a fuoco, ce l'hanno sostituita rifilandoci una Suzuki Jimny con Km 125000 che quando arrivava a 70 Kmh sembrava che si aprisse in 2. In tanti anni di noleggio auto una cosa del genere non mi era mai capitata. In ogni caso la vettura era siglata Diamond Cars.

Cons: Alma car hire did not meet us at the airport as expected. We found out where the office was (called Car Leader) and due to a lack of cars like the one we reserved, were given a very old Alfa Romeo 147.This car had an inoperative front headlight, blown exhaust, engine warning light on all the time. Airbag warning light on, low oil pressure, broken suspension and door window switch. It was obviously a local’s car rather than a rental. A lot of money for a very poor/potentially dangerous vehicle…

Cons: The car was ok but it surely did felt like it’s been trough a lot. There were a lot of things that did not work properly but i discovered that only in the next days by driving it. However what was really upsetting is the fact that i still did not get the money from my deposit back (800 euros) 6 days after drop off. I have writen them on whatsapp but they only read the messages and do not reply back. To be honest I wouldn’t recommend anyone their services

Cons: 1. There was no-one at the airport when we arrived as advertised - so we had to find the walk away from the airport to find the office. 2. The care had a leak - I think it was from the windscreen wash tank - when we went around corners it leaked out below the glove compartment on the passenger side 3. We were about 45 minutes late dropping the car off and the representative was very upset and threatened to charge us for another day (In the end he didn't - partly because of the leak)

Pros: The rental procedures at picking-up the car went on pretty fast, didn't have to spend too much time.

Cons: Asked for a 4-doors car, get a 2-doors car instead. The passenger door couldn't be opened from the inside, only from the outside. How could have gotten the passenger out from the car in case of an accident?

Pros: We found the agent at the airport but had to wait a while for.the car to show up. When we dropped off the car there was no one to hand it in to, so we couldn't have it checked on the spot. However, the car was fine and certainly cheaper than other agents. They also don't try to sell.you other products

Cons: The car was rubbish, engine light on the whole time, they had our details down wrong as to time to pick the car up even though I sent the flight number as requested so had to wait a long time to collect it, then there was no one there to return it to and they told us to leave the car unlocked with the key under the driver mat - which, having actually paid a deposit of over £900 for we were not willing to do!

Cons: We did not get the car that we rented. We got a worst car. It was much older than the rented and it suffocated many times. The car could not go up the slopes We got only a 18 eur refund but it does not cover the time that has been lost because of this car. They told us that we get another car about 9 a.m. But we had to wait 3,5 extra hours. About 12:30 p.m. we got another car. But that still wasn't the car that we rented.

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no proper check neither on the pick up or when we left it. The petrol was just enough for a day. The condition of both cars was awful. On the second the main airbag wasn’t working , the interior was falling apart, one door wasn’t locking or working, one window wouldn’t come up. I mean come on I know was a really cheap option for the money you asked but at least should be safe and manageable ...

Car was replace with another in the class we reserved but also was very old and had various problems incl not properly working AC, this car was also replaced for another also very old (and dirty) car with several problems but we decided to live with it for the remaining days , as least the airco worked in this one .

Pros: All issues were handled, but these required some waitings. They speak English on an intermediate level.

Cons: There is no booth at the airport. We got a different car than we rented, however actually the car was even better for the same price.
