Cons: When we arrived at the airport we couldn't find an Alma Car sign anywhere. After calling 2 times we heard we had to go over to the Avis desk. We received the keys to the car and had to sign a document with the previous damage of the car without having seen the car. During the 12 day hire we had several problems with the car. Two tires were leaking air, the brake pad broke and two light (one front light, one brake light) were broken. We were also shouted at and hung up on by the employees.

Cons: The car condition was not good. The tires were worn out. I had a flat tire in the end. The other Avis car rental office helped out to replace the tires with new one as they found it dangerous to drive. When I fell in the water accidentally, the key fob got damaged and I couldn't get the car started. No one helped from the office. I got stranded for hours waiting for a solution so I decided to fix the key fob. I did manage to get it fixed and start the car. Office had no interest to help at all.
Cons: Car was dirty, many marks and damage to the car. Was asked to make a video ??
Pros: They gave me a car with problems from the start snd kept telling me that it was fine despite me bringing it there to be looked at. The battery died and someone had to come fix it. Then the issues continued with lights coming up that the engine had issues, etc I had brought it on my time to get looked at by the supposed mechanic who kept saying that on his end the car was fine but it clearly wasn’t. The car kept telling me to stop the vehicle snd it was dangerous- it was stopping on its own on
Cons: Inclines snd on curves- it was stopping on its own snd it was dangerous to drive. It then started shaking and I could barely drive it from skoutaros village to Anaxos to leave it in the parking lot snd told them to come pick it up bc it can’t go anymore. It was a lemon car from the start snd instead of giving me a new car they kept telling me it’s august and they are busy so no car. I waited two hours to be told the car had a severe issue with the oil valves and that the car rental was over .

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
