Pros: Very helpful and polite service.

Cons: The car was in very poor condition. Lots of damage and a worn out clutch. Had to return the car the following morning as it was not driveable.

Pros: Very friendly person meeting us and same person when dropping car off

Cons: The person I collected the car from tried to charge me. Late collection fee of £25 despite being less than 30 mins late and the time being before their closing time. The car was quite poor condition bodywork wise and the accelerator snatched.

Cons: It wasn't actually called Alma and the person or pick up van was difficult to find at the airport when we landed. But for the size of the island and the airport it was understandable that you have to got to a separate car hire area to pick up

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Cross-border policy
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
