AloCar at Antalya Airport International Arrivals

Pros: When we rented service was very bad When we i returned the car, service was very good.

Cons: Not so good. The condition of the car was very bad. A noisy car and a lot of damage on it

Pros: Good price; hard to beat €11/day for an automatic. Car in good condition apart for superficial paint scrapes and marks on the exterior, which were all noted upon pickup (still, make sure to take photos). €1200 deposit is steep, but I was informed of it in advance and it was released back to my account a couple days after returning the car. It's also optional if you choose to buy insurance from them.

Cons: The pick up at the airport was not good. I contacted them in advance to them know my flight number and arrival time. They replied to meet them at kiosk 26, which turned out to be outside the international terminal. There was also no one there and the kiosk was closed. It took them over half an hour to respond to my WhatsApp message from when I had landed, and overall about 45 minutes from exiting the airport to be picked up.

Pros: I couldn’t make it to drop the car back to them , so they come and took the car of me from my hotel I was staying at. Due to my flight so very good service and definitely recommend these guys. Thanks from the Uk

Cons: Our plane landed at the scheduled time, but the Alocar employee was not at the agreed place. We called twice before he showed up after an hour and a half. Instead of the requested gasoline car, we got a diesel one. We paid half of the rental fee in advance, and the remaining 54 euros in cash when taking over the car, but the Alocar employee could not return the 60 euros. I do not recommend Alocar car rental to anyone.

Cons: Front wipers are not working properly, needs to be replaced. Windscreen washers are spraying over the car Gear box doesn’t work properly.

Cons: Agent wasn't there at the terminal to greet. Instructions given were incorrect. Agent called me on my UK number for which I will be charged.

Cons: They gave me bad service, when I went they took an extra 50 Euros from me, when I asked they said you can call the company for your money. I hope you can help me and refund me my money, Thank you

Pros: Very professional and speedy service. Murat and his colleague were quite accommodating and also spoke great English. We even received an upgrade which was a great touch.

Cons: When I arrived at the airport at 1am, the service desk was closed and I didn't know how to reach the remote service desk as it wasn't clear and almost booked another rent-a-car! I also didn't know how to drop off the car and ended up paying to exit a car park I didn't need to be in. Pick up and collection needs to be better described! The car had no fuel on collection and i wasn't told what fuel type, thankfully the man at the fuel station knew.

Cons: Bad policies and brokerage with DiscoverCars which leaves the customer in the middle to deal with issues. While during the booking everything is seamlessly communicated between AloCars and DiscoverCars

Cons: The desk at the airport was closed with no one there. I had to buy a line to call the company after a lot of confusion. This was an hour of standing in the heat with my bags. All other car companies had active representatives in the airport except this one. Would not recommend.

Cons: They gave us different car than we ordered (in a bad way), when we pick up the car the gas was completely empty and the car barely drive. we were lucky to find gas station close unless we were stuck nowhere. the car was shaking always

Cons: Their car was dirty , really used up with lots of dents and option of car was not great and very limited. Deposit was also very high. Since they had no other car available we had to take a dirty car although they tried to clean as best they could.

Cons: They didn't accept deposit payment by card and tried to sell insurance instead and I had no other option than taking the insurance as it was late at night and I had no other option than paying ridiculous amount for insurance. I have the same amount that I paid for car rental for the insurance. I will never choose alocar in my life again. And I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they acted like true scams.

Cons: Prior to travelling to Turkey, I had confirmation from the Alo Car representative that they will be available at the arrivals lounge at the specified time. However, when we arrived, they were nowhere to be found so I had to give them a call to advise that we have arrived in Turkey. It took them a good 15 minutes to turn up to the airport with the car.

Cons: The car was given to me with a flat tyre so when i went to use it on the second day, i had to replace the flat tyre with the spare wheel myself in the hotel car park while trying to keep my baby calm. The radio also did not work in the car so all in all, it was a very bad experience.

Cons: We had to phone to have them meet us at the airport, the car provided had done 142,000 miles and you could tell (very damaged, dirty inside and out, car pulled to the right when braking), the car was provided with an empty tank of fuel, company tried to force additional rental cover, no documents were prepared for the collection which then took 20 minutes to complete.
