Cons: The car made a horrific loud noise when travelling over 70km/h - maybe bad tyres? The air conditioning smelt of smoke

Pros: Biggest fraud I have ever come across. They charged us $1500 for damages that was not even caused by us. Even though the police had details of the person who did a hit and run. When we refused to pay we were threatened that we will be reported to board police.

Cons: The rudest people we have met. It's all about money for them. No customer service. No respect for customers. Was demanded to pay in Fijian dollars at the airport when I did not have sufficient cash on me.

Cons: The car was poor quality and not good to drive. The paperwork and transaction happens in the Airport carpark which doesn't fill you with confidence, and the carpark fee has to be paid by the driver. The car had a spare wheel taking up space in the boot instead of luggage. Maybe this is "Fiji-style" car rental but there were a lot of rental cars we saw on our trip that were much nicer, and not just those of the big multinational firms.

Cons: They advertised that they'll provide a full tank of fuel but when they delivered the car it was a quarter tank. Didn't provide me the car upon arrival at the airport but the next morning. Charged me for the full duration and didn't offer any prorata discount for not providing the car ontime. Charged me for a car seat and didnt provide a car seat or even refund the monies charged for the car seat.

Pros: Friendly and I liked the use of whatsapp.

Pros: We were provided with a great car that served us well on the trip. We were not pestered while on holiday and the agent was there to greet us again at our arranged time.

Cons: The initial greeting was dodgy. It would be good if you explained to customers what it is going to look like and a sign with the customer’s name on it would with locating the company since you don’t have a desk at the airport.

Pros: Pickup and dropoff were the easiest of any rental car I've ever hired.

Cons: Nothing wrong with the service at all. The car had a Japanese GPS system and we couldn't figure out how to use the radio, but mechanically it was all good.

Cons: 2 tyres had substantial wear on outside of tyre tread - one was basically bald. Wheel alignment very much needed. Felt a little unsafe driving in wet weather.

Pros: They actually dropped my car to my hotel which was amazing. When I dropped the car back to the airport they were there within minutes to take the keys so I could get into the airport for my flight.

Cons: Not much to not like. If I had to kick something it’s that they implied the tyres were new and should not have any issues, but the tyres certainly were not new (not terrible but far from new) so I was paranoid the whole week about a tyre blowing and having to sort it out.

Pros: Very efficient, it was a bit of a hoha when I picked up the car…but that was from my end..I really acknowledge the service provided..because there was communication breakdown (from my end) but they still manage to wait for me ,probably 2hrs later,which I thought that they have gone…anyways thanks soooo much…really appreciate it❤️❤️❤️

Pros: Great service, friendly and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent and nothing was an issue , we requested a last minute extension which was approved immediately and hassle free.

Cons: Having to pay if there was damage done even though I got full insurance. We we not told the car company on the other side would have a different name so we couldn’t find them for the pick up. There was a lot of damage on the car so I took photos.

Cons: The car we were given was old, not very well maintained and filthy, the car played up after 3 days. We contacted the company and were told to drive back to Nadi to exchange the car, I was very nervous to drive over 45 minutes in a car that kept misfiring, not surprised given the engine was filthy and should not be given to customers , we were given a newer car for our last day. Our drop off time for the car was 5pm, waited for over a hour for someone to collect, hardly any communication.
