Pros: I did not like anything.

Cons: Horrible customer service. It took over 2 hours to pick up a car. It was not ever a busy time. No one speaks English. We were ripped off by exorbitant insurance rates. Then we were given a car that was set to Spanish with no option for any English navigation. We also asked about toll roads and they did not inform us of how complicated it would all be to get on one. The drop off was a nightmare too. I will never use this car company and will do my very best to discourage anyone from using them.

Cons: Megpróbáltak rábeszélni plusz biztosításra , mondván hogy nincs benne az asszisztencia a választott biztositasomban , aztán kiderült 10 perc alkudozás után hogy mégis.

Pros: The staff did not seem to care that we had ordered a different car or that we ordered a sat nav. Therefore we were basically abandoned in Mexico where we did not know where we were going nor did we speak the local language.

Cons: What did we like? Nothing. We will be writing a full complaint and asking for compensation

Cons: Still haven't received $18,000 refund of deposit, despite confirmation that car was returned as collected and it would be refunded in full within 48 hrs. Can was not what I ordered and was offered no refund. Ordered 7 seat premium SUV (VW or similar), got 5 seat Kia (or was offered a 7 seat mini van). Washer bottle has a leak and so we couldn't fill to squirt windows.

Cons: When it came vehicle coverage, pricing was deceptive, they reassured us a packaged price & at the end the cost triple. Our mistake was trusting the agent when he had assured us one set price. We should of double checked each itemized line.

Pros: The service the man gave me was okay

Cons: Everything stated on the site where I rented the car was a lie. I paid almost double the price stated on the site. They didn’t give me the car I had rented and the insurance sold on the site didn’t cover me at all and they told me they couldn’t let me take the car out if I didn’t pay their insurance.

Pros: only the courteousness of the driver to airport!

Cons: They scam people on a regular bases. I got to hear they were doing the same insurance recital to the customer next to me. I went to see their reviews and is all full of the same complaint. I can't imagine showing up at the airport and the airline telling me my flight purchase is not good.

Pros: Horrible Service.

Cons: Sales associate kept telling me the internet was slow and couldnt get a hold of the manger. Made my family wait three hours that they are getting the car ready and then tell us that they dont have the car I rented and would need to pay more money for the cars they had available. Then the guy tells me I have the liberty to go rent at another company after making myself and three small children wait three hours for nothing.
