Cons: The car was not comfortable. It had several dents in it. It was just a cheap car.

Pros: Some reps spoke English. The car itself is cheap, though after all the hidden costs we spent just as much as would have at a mainstream brand.
Cons: Hidden costs, the lack of details about the insurance policy, the state of the car.
Pros: And we experienced bad service, as the staff were not pleasant and accommodating, one of them were quite rude. We paid a little fee for a damage which was fine, but the process during this were awkward - because they couldn't account for what exactly we paid for, instead they wrote a number on a piece of paper only that we would pay.
Cons: The staff couldnt speak english that well, so this becamed a problem. Bad service, which just resulted in anxiety. So the experience of all this affected the trip we had in Yucatan...
Pros: nice people
Cons: too complicated and the deposit required was over 8k US if I would have kept my Discover Car rental agreement. felt like a scame
