If you are arriving on a Domestic flight, please call 0052 3 331 604 536 for the shuttle; then pick up your luggage and proceed to the OXXO Store located immediately outside the Airport Exit, in the airport parking lot. The America Car Rental Shuttle will pick you up there. If you are arriving on an International flight, please call our location first at 0052 3 319 428 711, retrieve your luggage and exit the Airport. Proceed to your left and look for the Guadalajara' sign located near the exit. The America Car Rental shuttle will pick you up there.

Cons: Almost everything; location not where Google Maps took us using address Discover provided, spoke zero English although the main meet and greet near international airport, locked in with agent, couldn’t find or explain why (which was because Discover Cars had not made a requested modification to reservation) charged at 300% rate, forced to buy insurance already provided by AmEx, couldn’t communicate with Discover or America while traveling), Discover made the experience worse)

Cons: The website said to pay at the time of pick up the vehicle didn’t give other option, and the phone numbers that were provide none of them work. A representative from another company provide me with a good number to contact the customer service.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I had already booked and locked a priced online and when I got there they told me a complete different story having to pay double the money on the vehicle rental and the deposit. They also said the vehicle coverage online is not valid. What frustrated me the most is that it was very late at night, I was by myself with two kids and I had called them a week prior to my arrival to double check if everything was as booked. They took advantage due to the hollidays .

Cons: The car agency did not deliver the car that I reserved and tried to give me a way smaller car that I could not use because of my family and luggage I had. On top of that they said it was America Car rentals fault or mine because I did not had paid for it . I told them that I called about tow weeks prior to try to pay and that they told me I could not until I was in Guadalajara
