Cons: The car was not at the in town location, I had to be shuttled way out of town, the company would not take my wife so I had to travel back to pick her up. When getting the car there was numerous arguments between the staff and the manager because they didn’t have the correct car, even then the car was then allocated to someone else and another discussion took place, then the car I finally got was locked on their system and I had to wait for this to be corrected.

Pros: Everything was smooth and easy.

Cons: I had some minor issues with the car (needed to fix the air in one of the tyres, the break had a weird (not loud but constantly present) sound and had no liquid for washing the window), but all of these were minor and did not affect the good quality of my road trip on the island with the car.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Cons: The car that was originally being given to me was probably in some sort of minor accident. It had some bad scratches and slight dents on the sides. I declined it since it might really be a "bad omen" so to speak. They gave me another car which was acceptable. Unfortunately, it had a spilled coffee smell that lingered throughout. I informed the agent about it when I returned the car. I'm not really sure if they're going to do anything about it.

Pros: The steering wheel was squeaking. It might need to be oiled. The turn signal wasn't working properly either. It had to be pulled back manually to the neutral position after turning left or turning right. It doesn't automatically goes back to its neutral position.

Pros: Excellent service Very good personal. We get car skoda citigo but he have not function usb socket in car (cigarette socket) problem was immediatelly solved great people who make in Ponta delgada service ANC Azores Holidays PT with changing a next car in few minutes we get good car with function (cigarette socket) for charging phones for use navigation etc. We get a new car better with motor performance stronger Fiat Panda. Thank you very much comunnication excellent in english language.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Renters from the following country(ies): China, South Korea, Bermuda must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
