Pros: Nothing

Cons: They did not pick us up at the airport at the confined time. We called over 10 times from multiple phones and to all their numbers we could find and no one answered. We ended up having to rent a car from another provider.

Pros: When we had problems (often), they where always answering very quickly to the phone.

Cons: The car (4x4) was very old and almost dirty. We had to pick it up in the parking of the airport, with a guy that was very stressed and dind't expalined well the contract we were signing. We had several problem with the car during 10 days (because it's very old). At the end he wanted some money to adjust part of the car that are damaged form the age, not from us. He also wanted 8 OMR (20 $) for cleaning the car. I still didn't get an email with the "expenses" they will hold from my deposit.

Pros: Nothing. I usually rent from mainstream car rentals Avis, Europcar, Sixt and I've never had this level of disappointment with a booking.

Cons: The pickup, the car, the drop off. It was all a disappointment. We booked a GMC which is a large 4x4 instead received a very bog standard Chevrolet which was very disappointing.

Pros: They were friendly people, but not professional enough.

Cons: Delay of 3,5h for the pick up, not very clear communication about how long it’s going to take. Ended up spending 2h of my holiday in a meeting room in their office after spending another hour in the airport. Not cool at all. I had to change my itinerary as I couldn’t make it in time anymore for what we planned.

Pros: Not much. They were courteous and friendly but we sat in coffee shop with paperwork!

Cons: It was clear they gave us a workshop car, chipped windows, dusty, overused and noisy. We could barely sit 5 and it was meant to be a 7 seater.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1215.00), Theft Protection, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1215.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Rate excludes
An Airport Surcharge of 10 OMR applies in all airport locations.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
Each additional km will cost an additional 0.060 OMR to 0.100 OMR, depending on the car group.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
For an additional charge of 25 OMR, crossing country borders is available to the following country(ies): United Arab Emirates.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Roof rack, Express Service, Cross border fee, Toll device.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 5 OMR.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 8 OMR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
