Cons: The car was in extremely poor condition from inside, the ac vents were broken there was a weird smell inside the car. The steering was too hard due to lack of maintenance. We requested multiple times to AST to change the car but they did not respond instead asked to pay more and upgrade the car.

Pros: The worse service I have ever had in a rental car. Dirty car, no gas, no one waiting for me in arrival as was mentioned, they forgot my baby and I got it only in the middle of my rental period. Do not recommend.
Cons: Nothing.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1215.00), Theft Protection, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1215.00), Outside of business hours, Outside of business hours, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee, Delivery fee.
Rate excludes
An Airport Surcharge of 10 OMR applies in all airport locations.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
Each additional km will cost an additional 0.060 OMR to 0.100 OMR, depending on the car group.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
