Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your baggage and have all your passengers ready, please call the branch on phone number 0061 1800 808 122 or 0061 3 8336 6100 to inform you have arrived and ready for a pick up service. Once you have informed rental staff of your arrival please follow their directions to the following pick up points. International Terminal: Please exit the building under the coach departure sign. Proceed down the ramp and follow the signs to Zone 4. Domestic Terminal: Exit the terminal and enter the skywalk via the lift or travellator. Cross the skywalk and take the second travellator on your right side (It will say bus and coaches) go down to the ground level "Bus zone" and wait in B2 for collection.

Pros: Cars were clean and well maintained

Cons: Very difficult to get directions for pick up as using Uk mobile I had difficulty getting through and couldnt receive texts. Also would have been useful to have had directions to take car back as we dont know the area and did get lost

Pros: Tried ( a little) to help

Cons: I couldn't actually pick up the car as my kids took my credit card out of my wallet before I flew, and Atlas could not take, apple pay, paywave, cash, EFT, bank transfer, a photo of my card, my wifes card, bitcoin, or head of cattle. It was frustrating that it was literally the only form of payment they would take. So I rented one elsewhere

Pros: The agent provided exceptional service by providing and setting up a GPS device to navigate Australia’s road system to avoid tolls on the first day. Extremely helpful.

Cons: All websites, etc need to be ABUNDANTLY clear that the office is closed at 5:00 pm and that you need to have contacted them by 4:15 pm to get you at the airport or you will unexpectedly be spending the night near the airport.

Pros: i like the car itself, thank you form picking a good car to us.

Cons: we picked the car in in unfull fuel condition, we had informed the agent about this but he said that was ok. So we return the same fuel lever but then another shift agent told us that was not ok, then he got us to pay the different.

Pros: The guy that worked behind the desk was really nice and showed a lot of empathy to my not so good beginning with the company. He was friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The overseas phone operator who obviously didn’t know where I was or anything about the courtesy bus operations for the car hire and I had to get a $30 taxi which was not reimbursed

Pros: Absolute professionalism, incredibly helpful and proactive, great local knowledge, very quick service, great shuttle service, lots of great suggestions re hiring a car and travelling about, great staff.

Cons: The amount charged to administer road tolls for what is essentially an automatic billing system. Food discovered in back of car, mostly on back of front head rest - only small amounts but we had to clean it so we weren't blamed for it.

Pros: Great price, clean modern car in excellent condition, very easy to find and rent the car using Kayak.com and Orbitz.com

Cons: Getting to the shuttle from the international Brisbane terminal was horrendous and very poorly marked. Secondly, I extended my rental period by 3 days as I was in the process of buying a car. I was able to buy a car in 2 days and returned my rental car, however I was denied a refund and instead was given a credit - which I will unlikely EVER use now that I've bought a car. Very unhappy about that.
