Pros: It was an oldish car (135,000km, had a few minor marks to bodywork) but was immaculately clean inside. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The lady who highlighted the bodywork marks spotted a couple we hadn't initially seen. The airport pick-up bus arrived quite quickly (another customer was waiting so we benefitted from that) and the journey to the office didn't take too long.

Pros: It was excellent comprehensive service from the lady assisting us, and was overall an excellent experience

Cons: Nothing - this was a very good experience. Oh right - I just remembered it was a little difficult finding the place as we were looking for street numbers. If they were to paint their street number on the outside of the building that would have made it a bit easier as the road is quite busy being a main arterial road.

Pros: Pickup people we very good and helpful.

Cons: Atlas wanted $110 to wash the SUV. We did go on some unsealed roads, but mud was not caked on & I had removed such from the fender wells. I ended up paying a place $50 to wash it & it took them less than 45 minutes to do it. If we hadn't shown up early we would've had to pay them. If we knew the area, we could've done the washing ourselves.
