Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your baggage and have all your passengers ready, please call the branch on phone number 0061 1800 808 122 or 0061 3 8336 6100 to inform you have arrived and ready for a pick up service. Directions on how to meet shuttle bus: International terminal: Call rental staff when you have landed. When exiting terminal out of the glass doors turn right. Look for green line on the floor. Follow that to the undercover area that takes you to the courtesy coach pick up area. Wait for red bus with Airport Shuttle on the side. Domestic terminal: Call rental staff when you have landed. Once you have collected your luggage, exit the terminal out of glass doors and turn left. On the floor there will be a blue or a green line. Follow the line past the taxis and the buses. Cross over the pedestrian crossing to the courtesy coach pick up area. Wait there for a red bus with Airport Shuttle on the side.

Cons: The male staff were very very very rude, I was not informed that the car couldnt be driven on a dirt road, even tho I told them exactly the address of my accommodation. I feel they deliberately didnt tell me this so they would get a cleaning fee at the end of the hire.

Pros: Nothing. Need more space in "did no like" box because there is much more that I was strongly disappointed with. Would not recommend this company to any one based on the staff and vehicle I experienced whilst on holiday.

Cons: Wasn't told car Depo was in town, arrived at airport by taxi only to wait for shuttle back into town. Was told boot of car didn't open and couldn't take another car because a "family needed it". I was on holidays with 3 other people with 1 suitcase and a backpack each. No one contacted me before hand to inform me of boot. Lady who served us was rude and couldn't care less. Asked her to drive car forward from under cover so we could properly inspect for scratches and marks she said no.
