Pros: Very professional agent who didn't try push and upsel any additional email insurance.

Cons: This is really not to be seen as critics, but you will probably not get a new car from them. The cars, however clean, are at the end of their journey. But considering the price it is fully understandable and to be expected.

Pros: The staff was kind, relatively quick and efficient.

Cons: The discussion on the fuel policy where "Full to Empty" was not really the case and this happens to almost all DiscoverCars customers.

Pros: Everything was perfect-service, attitude of the stuff. They picked up from the airport on time, the car was the exact one we had booked. We will use the same company if we visit Rhodes again and for sure we will recommend it to our friends.

Pros: Company representatives are professional and helpful. I forget cup in the car and they helped me to find it - unfortunately I already left Greece so working on getting it back to my hands.

Cons: I did not receive copy of paper that proove known issues (scratches) - ok, I took photo by mobile phone. Car return - no paper was given to me as confirmation that everything is ok.

Cons: Ήταν πολύ κουραστικό το γεγονός ότι έπρεπε να παραδόσουμε το αυτοκίνητο στην έδρα της εταιρείας και όχι στο λιμάνι από το οποίο θα φεύγαμε. Αν ξανάκανα το ταξίδι δεν θα επέλεγα με τίποτα εταιρεία που θα είχε τέτοιο όρο.

Cons: Great service, the only thing I didn't like was the fact I was charged extra for picking up the car late, there was a slight delay with the flight so I Landed at Greece 30 mins late, out of my control but was still charged.

Cons: They did not have the car that we wanted and when we rented the car it was not clear that we needed to pay for the gas. They had the option to get the car with a full tank and deliver it back with an empty one. Only this was not clear. So, we paid €50 for nothing.

Cons: I did not like the fact that they stretched me for additional costs and asked for additional money for another car and they gave a cheaper one, in general I felt cheated and stretched but this is how a stupid tourist arrives at 1 am and has to sign documents

Pros: While initially we missed each other at the exit; we eventually found each other. The Autocandia rep was very kind and very informative. Pick up of the car was nice since it was air conditioned 😅.

Pros: Excellent service from a local, friendly company in Rhodes. Good price for a good car and first class people to help out. Had no issues with the car whilst away and hire and return were quick and easy. I would certainly recommend using them.

Cons: Was searching for representative about 10 minutes. After called their agency and got an answer, that they are coming soon. Soon was about 15 minutes more. Car was all scratched, old Fiat Punto (mileage was over 100 000km) with very weak air condition and broken radio/CD. So, we spent 14 days without the music in quite a hot car. Yes, we called them and they offered to change the car, but for smaller one - Fiat Panda, but we were not sure new car, which is smaller will be better and refused.
