Pros: Value for money & top carquality
Pros: They rang me to check my flight details to ensure they collected me on time. They were friendly and spoke excellent English. I was arriving by ferry. They told me there were taxis at the port. There weren’t. Nevertheless they sent a driver to collect us and take us to their location. They didn’t have to do that and didn’t charge us for it which I thought was great customer service.
Cons: Despite assuring us when we arrived that they would return us to the port, they refused and denied they would ever do it. They wanted to drop us off at a taxi rank with no taxis in the sun on the off chance that a taxi came by in time for our ferry. They blamed discover cars for everything.
Pros: It was very fast and efficient. The staff was helpful.
Cons: The rental location was hard to find (did not appear on google maps). The Taxi had to call the office for directions. He was, however, able to find it easily after talking with the staff
Rental Conditions

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
