Cons: Very disappointed they picking up car was on dark (very hard to see) I was push on checking by telling me that they had to go to take other customers if I found anomalies I had to wait for the return of the operator( they also didn’t know how to fill up the credit card details that make me loose one hours already) We find a scratch on the wheel ( which I didn’t makes but is ok) they said that will cost less then 100 Euro and before charge me they will send the photo and the invoice but not

Cons: 1) at check in didn’t take Amex or a prepaid card (first rental company i’ve Ever encountered that Didn’t) forcing me to use a debit card; and purchasing their insurance to not have eur 5000 blocked. A bit ridiculous considering the rental cost £60. (2) i’d Booked an suv specifically as we were going skiing and had several pieces of luggage. Was shown the bigger version of a mini!! No way that qualifies as a mid-suv. But they changed it to an estate car later.( 3) then charged eur80 for cleaning

Pros: Car was clean, maintained, and easy to learn. The staff helped me get situated and was very clear about road laws and how to make sure I could maintain the car properly while I was driving (I am from the US and this was my first time driving in Europe/Italy)

Cons: It would have been helpful if they checked the windshield wiper fluid level before giving me the car.

Pros: It was swift and hassle-free.

Cons: I would have expected winter tires for a booking in January/December or at least free snow chains. Instead, I had to pay for the chains and had summer tires. Also, the car seat pricing is not fantastic, would prefer either a) a better car seat or b) a fixed maximum price for rental (5 EUR per day, but up to a max of 20 EUR for example).

Pros: Value

Cons: Lack of speed, Inconveniently located, Lack of information about pick-up process and location, Extra charge for required equipment: I was charged extra for snow chains, but they are required by law to be in the car during winter. This is like being charged extra for having seat belts.

Cons: They are overcharging for untold & preexisting issues. They sent me a €30 bill for dropping car at night when no such charges were informed aprior. Also, while they told me to auto drop, they raised €120 for car damages for small scratches I don't know on parts of car which already had scratches in their pickup sheet.

Cons: The address of facility did not exist in 2018 gps maps. There is no sign on/near property nor on building stating "Autoclick"

Pros: I was late at the airport so the shuttle left, I made 1 call to AutoClick and barely 10 minutes later they were picking me up to drop me at their location which is less than 10 minutes outside the airport. Once at the location, car was ready, arranged final payments and I was ready to go with a car that barely had 3000 KM's on it. COuld not be more satisfied with their service and car which was mint. Will use their services 100% next year.

Cons: Need one more person on staff on busy evening return dates. There was only one staff member running both the desk and driving the airport shuttle on out drop off evening. He did a fantastic job, but it was still tight making our flight.

Pros: The representatives were very friendly, helpful and professional. The process, once I finally figured out how to locate them, was very efficient. They answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. The car was brand new and very clean.

Cons: I have requested a refund for the GPS. I paid for cross border travel and traveled to Croatia. I was not able to use the GPS because it only had Western Europe maps.

Cons: I would have liked to know ahead of time that of the two closet garages one was closed and the other didn't take card. I decided therefore to pay the extra to return the car not being full which want ideal.

Pros: Car was brand new. Staff was very helpfull.

Cons: It was not very clear at the airport where we were to wait for the shuttle. Our document stated a representative would be waiting at the arrival to direct us to the shuttle but we had to find out where to find the shuttle by ourselves.
