Cons: Had to phone for the shuttle bus to collect us, wouldn't have been a problem if we knew that beforehand, but waited expectantly in the specified pick up area for half an hour before doing so.

Cons: That was first time in my entire life when car rental company tried to charge me for dirty marks on seats. Full insurance was purchased and they told me that its i=only for exterior lol. so next time I'll choose different organisation

Cons: The person that picked us up at the airport did not offer any service we had to put our own suitcases on the van. Load and unload them. The customer service at the desk did not tell us that the car had a navigation system and that we did not need to purchase one, which we did and we never used it. Poor service.

Pros: Autoclick Pisa office was really nice and worked hard to help us with the change of our booking although it is complicated. Autoclick Pisa staff was really nice.

Cons: Autoclick Rome office was very desapointing. They didn't check the car properly before and after rental contract. They are hard to reach on the phone. They told us different conditions in person then by email. They didn't respond to all our emails. It was very complicated to extend our booking.. at the end, Pisa office helped us with that. We had a damaged during our trip and they never sent us the papers for our insurance as promised. They wanted to charge us double of the real repair cost.

Cons: It should've been a autoclick shuttle bus in front of the terminal exit. But it wasn't there. I called them but a woman who works for autoclick doesn't know english and i didn't understand what she told. They didn't help me. And i found a taxi driver in front of terminal exit and i went to their office by a taxi. (20 euro). It took almost 3 hour to pick-up the car.
