Cons: Agents at Barcelona office are terrible in terms of customer service. They gave us a damaged car and did no walk around with US. We didn't notice the damage until after we left the lot. They had it recorded but on a different car. When we returned it they insisted we damaged the car and charged us €900 for damages. After searching them on the internet i turned up page after page of this same scam they have pulled with many customers. Will never rent from autoclick again.
Pros: Service was ok. We didn't have too many options with 5 people and luggage, so it ended up being the only thing we could find.
Cons: A smokers car with a very bad smell. Give yourself at least an hour to get out of the airport as they are not that easy to find, especially off a late flight with a delay and 3 small kids trying to walk quite a long way to find their shuttle. Luckily I saw the shuttle who had waited about 20min and was pulling out to leave without us! I ran down the road and stopped him, otherwise we would have been stuck at midnight. A hefty late pick up fee even though they said we were not the last pick up.
Pros: Representatives in Marseilles were very helpful.
Cons: Representatives in Barcelona and Venice were not helpful when help was needed, as indicated above.

Cons: April 9th car was picked up. On April 10th the “check engine” light came on. In the morning the car would not start. We called autoclick in Barcelona. The agent told us there was “NOTHING” he could do and for us to call our Insurance Company. We Explained that this was NOT an accident. It was a car with a mechanical problem. The agent was very RUDE and hung up the phone. When we tried to call back the phone was not answered. We had to hire a man to boost the car and paid him45€. There is more.
