Autoclick at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Cons: Far from the airport, no signage, couldn't reach the agency by phone with multiple attempts. Waited for a shuttle over 45 mins and it never came. Had to take a taxi to pick up the car. Very, very annoyed.

Pros: Clean car

Cons: I'm so disappointed... the GPS I paid for did not work. And I'm still waiting for a refund of the GPS and I'm still waiting for my holding deposit of 150 euro! Auto click didn't give it back !! Because the GPS was faulty we wasted 6 hours driving to Rennes. We got lost in Paris and we were exhausted when we arrived in Rennes. I believe I should be reimbursed for all this problem

Pros: The desk was far away of our terminal and out of the airport

Cons: The procedure at the desk was very fast during picking up and also during returning the car. The car was very good and the price also very good

Pros: Booking was easy and seemed responsive when I made changes!

Cons: Way too far from the airport, $40 UBER ride, staff were slow and very limited English. Took 40 mins to complete rental agreement at the counter! Never use them again!

Cons: It took 2½ hour to get the car. It took more than 1 hour to return it.

Pros: The process was straightforward and the car was clean.

Cons: In the pickup instructions, they mentioned that there will be a shuttle every 20 minutes from the airport, but that is wrong. They actually needed me to call them and ask for a shuttle while their phone was constantly busy. In total, I spend about an hour to be picked up. The other point is that when someone arrives from a foreign country, does not necessarily have a phone to call and ask for a shuttle bus in order to be taken to pick up the vehicle.

Cons: Airport pickup was not clear. There was only 1 correct place to be and I had to call via telephone to find that out.

Pros: The car was good

Pros: Cost effective. Enjoyed having a Fiat. Gas tank was full.

Cons: Dirty car. Was unable to get representative over phone to guide us to airport shuttle. Called multiple times before phone was finally picked-up. We had to take an Uber to get to rental facility.

Pros: Universally polite and helpful staff with fine English. Nice, clean, new car. Good price and value overall. Worth the extra time for pick-up.

Cons: A little hard to find shuttle pick-up stop. More than 20 minutes between shuttle runs. Hard to get to office location when returning car (that may be my fault).

Cons: The directions for where to pick up the van wasn't accurate. We spent hours trying to find the place and then it took forever for them to rent us the car once we got there. When we returned the car they repeatedly told us the van would drive us to the airport in 5 minutes. We ended up waiting 45 minutes and nearly missed our flight. The people working at this office were beyond inept. It was the worst part of my entire trip.

Pros: Price, not too much weight, ease of drop off, overall customer service

Cons: It was not clear to me that we have to be picked up in terminal 2F gate 8 in CDG Airport. Also we needed to call for pick up. The online instruction said that the agent will be ready for you! that was not the case.

Pros: Established company. No surprises

Cons: Pickup from terminal was confusing and we had to walk a lot further than should have been necessary.

Cons: Could not reserve a specific size car. I needed 6 seats for my kids and the car type I reserved was a 6 seater Mercedes. When I got to AutoClick they could not honor my request and gave me a 5 seater instead. Huge bummer. Almost ruined the trip. The manager said he was giving me an upgrade but I did not want a nicer car, I wanted a car with one more seat. Both facilities: Paris and Venice are in the middle of nowhere. I would have to be getting a screaming deal to give them business again.

Cons: Was not helpful in finding the location to pick up shuttle. Information was not provided that I needed to be at a specific gate. All that my info page said was they would be waiting for me when I got off the plane. Tried calling the number provided from an info desk twice and no one answered. Eventually, I connected to internet wifi and googled the answered and learned there was a specific at a door number in a completely different terminal that we arrived in. Zero apologies from staff.

Pros: We loved the price of the car, of course. Having the airport shuttle was also a big deal for us.

Cons: We spent two and a half hours at the airport upon arrival to France trying to find where to meet our shuttle. I spoke with Autoclick prior to arriving and they said they would meet us. However, the information desks did not know where to send us, Autoclick did not answer their phone after multiple phone calls and when I finally got a hold of them through email, they sent us to Terminal 2, but didn't indicate whether we should be on the upper or lower level. We wasted so much time.

Pros: The price, the car, and the fact that all of the representatives were able to speak English.

Cons: The instructions given in the booking confirmation were not helpful. They did not provide any details about where in the terminal to find the shuttle. No one at the information booth in the airport was able to direct us either. As a result, we wasted approximately 1 hour and had to make several expensive mobile phone calls in order to find the shuttle. Moreover, several calls to the Paris location were unanswered, so we had to call London.

Pros: Great car, customer service in Brussels was very good, people friendly and responsive.

Cons: Difficult to get to autoclick, especially at CDG in Paris, as there was no phone, nothing to notify autoclick that we were there waiting for the car.

Pros: Overall value for money of your car hire

Cons: Terrible, Pickup with attitude. and booking was no necessary for a price and they are makes waiting 1h30 min also no chair. No explain for why different price with booking.... this is first-time use Autoclick. usually, I used Hertz or Avis. I will never use again that Autoclick.

Pros: The model was the car we expected. The shuttle bus drivers were friendly and helpful .

Cons: The time it took to process the booking, the collection and hand back of the car. The wait at CDG over an hour before the shuttle bus arrived.
