Terminal T1. After picking up your luggage exit the terminal building through door 6, cross the street and get on the sidewalk that is in the median strip. This is an area that allows a maximum stay of 10 minutes. Autoclick's courtesy bus will wait for you here for a maximum of 7 minutes, after the maximum waiting time it will leave the airport and enter again. Terminal T2. Exit at the door that indicates AIRPORT BUS - Terminal 1-Treni / Trains, once outside go to the right and follow the yellow arrow Partenze Departures. In front of the pharmacy, cross the street to the parking lot in front of the PARTENZE DEPARTURES building and wait near the sign PUNTO DI RACCOLTA, there you will find Autoclick's courtesy bus.

Pros: The price was great and the car , a Juke, was nice. About 12,000 miles on it, pretty roomy.

Cons: I paid for FULL Coverage $200 Extra 150% more than the rental itself. They gave me a car with next to NO OIL in it and it broke down on my trip. Costing me a day without a car. I had to pay for a Tow truck WHICH they told me would be reimbursed and here I am 3 weeks later with no $130 Euro refund which I paid IN CASH to Tow Truck Co, as instructed. What kind of Rental company doesn't ever change the oil in their cars? You should NOT represent them anymore. Bad for ur Business.

Pros: Very little to be honest, one of the worst rental companies I have used. My original order was not with them and I'm disappointed that Discover Car Hire changed my order to be with them after a cancelled flight.

Cons: They don't have a pick up bus that comes without request. The service was terribly slow. The car had dents and scratches all over it. They don't have snow tires and they don't have a desk in the airport.

Pros: They rented us snow chains for 1 euro per day. They were cheap and nasty and we couldn’t remove one of them. We had to find a place to buy bolt cutters and cut them off. This coat is 14 euro and wasted an hour. We lost so much time that we did not have enough time to find fuel and fill the car up. I was furious about being charged a service fee for this which they claimed couldn’t be waved. They should have paid us for the bolt cutters.

Cons: I hated them. Never again.

Cons: GPS Distance from airport and the fact that in our reserveration it did not say we that we need to call for shuttle. We had to spend a lot of time findig out that the office is off the airport. Then we had to find a phone to call them to come pick us up.

Pros: The car was in good shape.

Cons: The service was awful. I waited over an hour for the shuttle to get my car, even though I called several times. It then took almost an hour to get the car rented. You can't drop the cars off until 7am in the morning, so I had a hell of a time trying to catch my flight after the debacle they put me through checking the car in.

Pros: Easy to find, easy to communicate with, base price of car and other than the damage to the side of the car on pick up it was a decent car.

Cons: Autoclick were fine, but as I needed to buy their insurance, on top of excess protection the whole transaction became bad value for money. Please refer to email from 29th October for details. any negative scores I've given do have the opportunity to be improved upon.

Pros: Nothing, it was a horrible experience. we had a road side assistance and replacement car in our insurance. we had a fla tire during our trip. And because of that we had to waste 2 days and get a new car from Rome. Autoclick promised to pay for a night stay in Rome, if we come and collect the car from Rome. And, I am still struggling to get the refund.

Cons: I will be officially Launching a complaint against Autoclick soon, if they do not refund our one night stay of Rome. So far, they are agreeing to give us 150 euro discount, which I dont want. they promised to refund the night stay and they must stick to their words.

Pros: If you can, avoid using green motion car rental. It's 15 mins away from the airport and the service was VERy average. The car we got was good for the money but had so many scratches and dents on the car. When we went to give the car back, we were charged a lot for the difference in diesel that we actually used. Also, they still haven't released the $3,000 charge on my card which I've texted them several times to do so as they LOST the document tonrefund my card. Avoid avoid avoid

Cons: Horrible 45 min wait to get car. Car I reserved was not available. Representative was rude when I returned car. Return charges were ridiculous. My worst rental car experience ever and I have been renting cars for 30 years.

Cons: We had to call and coordinate the shuttle service at Malpanese Airport. There service there was slow. The Marseille Airport office was very difficult to find. No signs anywhere indicating the location.

Pros: the car was very clean. shuttle to the airport was efficient

Cons: we returned the car early and they did not give us a refund. we had to work with dealer. Also, we got hammered with gas fees when we TRIED 3 gas stations to fill up and none would accept credit cards with chips. This is ridiculous b/c all credit cards have chips. They severely overcharged us for gas and I think we should have been able to pay fair market price as we tried. They wouldn't even work with us.
