Pros: The automation team were very helpful, Ibrahim picked me up from the airport and dropped me off. The whole process was easy enough and the car was in good condition.

Cons: The car was not in great shape but it was OK. The fuel policy same-to-same is worse than full-to-full as we were given an empty car. This means we had to go re-fuel immediately and then we dropped off the car with much more oil than it had at the beginning.

Cons: No USB or Bluetooth connection stereo or to charge your phone. Not ideal for long road trips around Jordan. Received the car with no gas. Had to fill up immediately (at 2:30am) and lost ~20 JOD by returning the tank half full.

Pros: representative was waiting for us on arrival even our flight landed much earlier, he explained everything we needed to know. another representative drove us to the office where all administration activities were very quickly resolved. Both gentlemen were extremly polite and kind. The whole process, pick up and drop off was very smooth. When we needed help, they responded immediately a provided us with neccessary information. definitely one of the best car rental service we have experienced.

Correct vehicle with a few scratches but identified from the start so no worries on the return journey. No technical or other problems. Pros: The service was very good overall. Everyone was super nice and the process was very clear. Also they were very flexible since we returned the car in amman, which was more convenient to us, and not at the airport where we did the pick up. The car was better than what was expected, and overall it was in good condition.

Cons: The only issue with the car was the gas indicator didn’t seemed to be working at 100%. Since it didn’t show the tank full. However you could see clearlly when it was going down past half way. So there was no serious risk of running out of fuel and not know it.

Pros: Samochód z zewnątrz wyglądał na starszy niż był (70tys przebiegu). Ogólnie żadnych problemów z oddaniem auta, facet obejrzał auto w minute i stwierdził że wszystko ok. Jeżeli wypożyczasz auto z lotniska szukaj tabliczki z nazwą wypożyczalni A nie z imieniem i nazwiskiem, jeśli nie znajdziesz w pierwszej chwili, może się kręcić przy kartach SIM. Teoretycznie mają całodobową pomoc ale na szczęście nie mieliśmy potrzeby sprawdzać.

Pros: Servizio ottimo in ogni sua parte. Il proprietario ci ha atteso agli arrivi all'aeroporto di Amman nonostante il nostro aereo fosse in ritardo di circa 45 minuti. Con la sua macchina di ha portato nel suo ufficio a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto e lì ci ha consegnato la macchina facendoci un upgrade gratuito (dalla Kia Picanto alla Kia Cerato). L'auto era in buone condizioni e pulita. Ci hanno lasciato riconsegnare la macchina nell'ufficio in centro ad Amman invece che in aeroporto.

I had filled the car with petrol and replacement car was almost empty so money lost. When car was dropped off at the end, I had to wait until after my booked time while others were booked in before me (even though my arranged time was before theirs and I had arrived before them).

Pros: We were extremelly happy with service, kidness and flexebility of stuff. There was no stress returning the car and easy going, helpfull stuff. We could give back the car in another office and get ride to our hotel. After all stress with renting in Europe , we were very suspicious, but everything was just perfect. Car was not new and has scraches which was ok. I would totally rent here again!

Pros: We were given a faulty car whose (probably) shifting gear stopped properly working in the first mountain pass. However, the office communicated very fine with us and the next morning simply came all the way to Karak and replaced the car without any issues. They didn't try to charge us for the issues and returned the full deposit within days. So, all in all, it was a very good experience, I would definitely recommend them!

Cons: I also recommend to everyone: have a local sim card or exchange whatsapp contact during the rental, since I imagine that it would be difficult to reach the office without it in case of any issues.

Cons: The fuel tank was completely empty and we had to return the car at the same state. It is completely impossible to arrive with an empty tank. This is a way how they cheat on us because they always end up with the returned car having fuel. The tank should be full and returned full.

Pros: Once we finally made contact with the agent, and were transported to their office, the process was very efficient and drop off was super fast.

Cons: I would recommend people take photos of any damage as when we picked up the car the guy highlighted all the scratches. But when we returned the vehicle a different member of staff spent a lot of time focusing a scratch that was already there and took photos and called a colleague. In the end there was no issue but I'm glad I'd taken photos at the beginning. The horn on the car didn't work, this is as essential as wheels when driving in Jordan.

Worst part was the mis-coordination at the time of returning the car, as no one was there to accept the return and we almost missed our flight trying to contact them and figure out a way to return the car.

Cons: The initial car we had 3 days was a terrible car. Hamzeh (AutoNation mgr ) claimed 'new car', it turned out to be 3+ yrs old, from another company AutoNation cars were all gone (?) . We have pictures showing dire condition of 1st car. 3 days later, when in Amman, we demanded another car, which was given after long and strong arguing by Hamzeh and without initial compensation for the fuel left in 1st car (collected empty, now was almost full). Terrible experience and wasting our vacation time.

The had to take my car away and fix it. After fixing the car the smell of petrol inside the car was unbearable. Pros: On departure day we were stuck at our hotel due to police closure of the road, they were very understanding and flexible with the fact we were going to be late, even were happy for us to leave the car in the hotel while we took a taxi instead to the airport. Fortunately the police allowed us to pass, be it very late. When we arrived at the office one of the guys took us as quickly as he could to airport terminal so we would not miss the flight. Thanks guys, we just made the flight!

Cons: Nobody met us in the airport, they were waiting for phone call and then showed up. It's expensive to call. They also offered local Jordanian insurance - Autonation claimed that in Jordan FULL COVERAGE does not always work, because Jordanian police sometimes does not provide their report, which is necessary to claim coverage from Disocver Car Hire. During drop off, nobody was in the office, we had to call Autonation.

Pros: The man was very helpful. After we returned the car, we had to go to the city centre and we relied on him. He arranged everything perfectly. Also he upgraded the car as a compensation for the delay caused by a lot of car rentals this day.

Cons: They had a lot of work on the day of pick-up and there was a significant delay, but they compensated us with prolonging the time of drop off.

Cons: 1) They do not have a rental desk in the airport, their office is near the airport 2) I was charged more for the car hire than the promised price upon booking. I was supposed to pay £227.99 but I was charged £241.61. 3) The initial car that was provided was an old Kia Cerrato which was dirty and the drivers door would not open from the outside and I had to open it from the passengers side. They exchanged the car two days later for a more up to date model upon my request.
