Pros: Quick return at airport.

Cons: The car was not ready at pick up and we waited about an hour while the car was cleaned and prepared. The car provided had more than 150,000 km and had dents and scratches throughout as well as signs of previous repair work done. Despite this it drove well. However, the tyres were completely bald - something we noticed later into the trip when they started to lose pressure. While I appreciate that Auto Nation is cheaper than other companies, renting a car in such a state should not be permitted!

Pros: Auto nation was prompt in their service. While returning back the car, their was some damage but Auto nation did not create any issue ls as I had paid for full insurance. Also they returned me any excess I had paid.

Cons: I didnt get the car I had paid for. They told me it was a different model but a newer one. I could see that it had already been driven quite a lot as the mileage on the car was quite a bit. Also it was damaged beforehand.

Pros: Most wonderful customer service, the manager was very courteous and kind.

Cons: The car was dirty, run down, worn tires, brakes needed servicing, not entirely safe to operate. Picked up the car on a very rainy day, couldn't fully access until the next day, by then we well into our trip and couldn't turn around due to time restrictions.

Pros: They were absolutely wonderful and helpfull! The guy doing the initial check (before we drove off in the car) of the car seemed very thorough in documenting any already present scratches and damage on the car. The guy we handed the car off to when we came back even drove us home for no extra charge which is an incredible service that really makes me want to come back and rent a car with AutoNation again.

Cons: The pickup of the car took too long considering I had ordered the car to be ready for pickup at a specific time and still had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 665.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The minimum age for drivers from Jordan to rent a car is 25 years.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off. A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Eurocard, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
