Pros: Very friendly staff and easy process
Pros: Great overall service. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.
Cons: I had nonissues
Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean inside. The outside had a few scratches and some slight damage but all pointed out by the agent.
Cons: The car was a little tired and a tier warning light came on about 30mins into the journey and then stayed on for the entire 8days. We had no problems with the car but at one point an engine warning light came on for 4 days and then went off again. The car didn’t inspire confidence although we didn’t have anything go wrong.
Pros: The service was fast and efficient.
Cons: Car mats in the rented car were not for this model and had a tendency to slip under seat or under pedals.
Cons: they changed the car to the reserved one, they have a empty to empty tank policy. After I left their office, the car ran out of fuel.
Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The minimum age for drivers from Jordan to rent a car is 25 years.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Eurocard, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
