Cons: Wasn’t shown round the car by staff on collection. Was left to look for scratches etc ourselves. When we arrived at our destination we found the drivers door wouldn’t lock or unlock with the fob. It had to be locked and unlocked from the inside by reaching over from the passenger seat. When reported to them they said they didn’t have another vehicle to replace it with. Hence we had to put up with the inconvenience for our 20 day rental period The car was 9 years old, expected something newer

Cons: Time to be collected from airport. The car was slightly damaged which we couldn't see in the dark and didn't show up on our photos. In the morning when we notice we sent a text. We didn't get charged so I guess it wasn't a problem in the end but other companies have not been so easy. Thank you

Hired vehicle with enough space for 2 cases in boot & paid extra . only fit one resulted in a multiple problems for us on our holiday. Car covered in dints, side mirror did not open fully, dirty interior, hub caps held on my cable tie, lost one on the highway luckily nobody behind us at the time, car would not lock, fan belt screeching. Perhaps more explicit instructions could be provided. Once we’d worked that out it was perfect - even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning it was very efficient.

Pros: The car was quite old- oldest car ever rented on holidays however that didnt bother me, but it was not technically maintained- glove boxes kept opening and making bang while baby asleep, the boot start lock itself and coudnt open for long, disturbing ratling noise from air-con fan.

AutoRent was waiting for us at the Airport timely, and the employee Nick offered a great level of needed information and usage instructions. His kindness, pleasant personality, and high level of professionalism are very much appreciated and we are very grateful for that.

Cons: When I arrived to collect the car I expect a car newer than 2016 with 113km on the clocked. When ordered the car I asked for a Manuel car but was given an automatic, also on the paper work your fuel policy was full to full but when I collected the car it was only half full. Also the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly which would have been beneficial in the Cypriot weather.

Cons: There are couple of suggestions i would like to make. 1- There was no defined pickukp point. It should be very clear on the booking where to pick up when you land. we rang and had to wait outside costa coffee to be picked up (which we were told on the phone when we rang). It would be nice to be given these details in advance in case we dont have phone access 2- The return car directions were not given. It was lucky i saved the location on google map just in case. I used that to return the car.

Pros: Cheap rental

Cons: On arrival it took 5 phone calls by other car rental services, security and is to requests pick up. They kept saying someone was coming but we waited for over an hour for someone to come. When he did he said he was picking up 2 other customers who had just arrived. However 4 of us had been waiting for well over an hour by this time. No apologist. Fuel tank only quarter full and told us to find a petrol station. Also a flat tyre!!!! Not impressed with auto rent.

Pros: The car was rented to me with a bald tyre. I asked for a replacement car on many time but was a replacement would be delivered but then told they did not have availability. I was then forced to return the car in a dangerous condition to them otherwise I would miss my return flight . I would never use Discover again.

Pros: The ONLY positive was the rep Julia.

Cons: The car was a death trap... the rear tyre of the car shredded on the way to the airport. We were left on the side of the motorway (A5) shaken. Julia the rep tried to contact her colleague to rescue us but he wasn’t answering his phone. Also the engine light was on the whole time we had it. We called Autorent who told us we shouldn’t be so concerned as it’s not an issue in Cyprus for cars to have this??!!! We told them in the UK,it’s not acceptable-the car shouldn’t be on the road.

Pros: The service was brilliant, was picked up from the airport and in the car within 20 minutes. The rep was brilliant and even threw up in a cheeky free upgrade. 10/10

Cons: Had to leave family at airport but the rep showed me the way back to them. Would massively recommend!

Cons: The company did not have any sign or numbers at the airport itself. Saw all the other companies, but not AutoRent. You need to make certain you have their number.

Cons: Gave an automatic old banger, when it was booked for a manual. Gave this car with half a tank of fuel despite full-to-full policy in contract. The air conditioning died in the car on the second day of having it. The radio was having its own mind about which channel and at what volume to play.

Cons: I payed my deposit in cash and didn’t receive it back when I returned the car! Saying the manager who has the key to the safe is not around!5 weeks and daily phone calls and messages with the manager later and I still didn’t get my money back! Watch out they lied to me every day saying they will pay and I’m still waiting at this day! The car wasn’t at all the one promoted on the website. The engine warning sign was on the whole time and we where told that is normal.

Cons: The first car provided was difficult to drive but I exchanged it for another car.

Pros: Speedy service. Quick drop off. Excess money refunded very quickly.

Cons: Car not full. Not explained. Had to return to office to confirm these details.

Pros: Unfortunately the doors on the car were supposed to be power assisted but they were faulty. The tyres seemed a little under inflated and we had to put fuel in on the way to our resort.

Cons: The service was fine there was a question over some scratches on the return but they were already on the car before we got it so no charge

Cons: Strange people. What they did was in best case unprofessional. In worst case they tried to cheat me. I had a problem with getting my deposit back even though there were no damage on the car. Definitely I do not recomend this car rental.
