Cons: they charged me 150 AED for each extra day of extension without previously telling me in advance. Not happy with that at all

Cons: 1- Layer after dropping off the car, I found 2 charges with the exact amount (around AED 200 each) on my credit card without giving any invoice or details explaining what those charges for, though I certainly returned the car with same fuel level, same perfect condition as received and it’s absolutely impossible for the those charges to be for SALIK, since I only passed thru SALIK for max 6 or 7 times 2- Deposit has not been refunded till the writing of this review

They take more customers than they can handle procedures quickly. 3. I have a MasterCard credit card and it is open for use, I use it in all countries of the world but the employee is rude and says it is not acceptable!! 4. I waited 1 hours to receive the car. 5. The insurance refund period is a whole month, not two weeks like other companies.

Charges keep coming even 2 weeks after returning the car. Explanations are lacking, and the agent I was talking to on Whatsapp was downright rude, treating me like an idiot. 3. When I returned the car the agent who took it from me insisted I had damaged the wheel, which I did not.

There was a problem with the vehicle brakes

Representative at drop off location at Sharjah was unprofessional and the inspector of the car wanted to charge me for an existing damage but I showed the original inspection which he looked at upside down! When I dropped of the car, they didn't inform me of any traffic fines. Two days after, they send me emails about traffic fines, I asked for proof of traffic fines, but none was provided.

I was in the emirate of Sharjah and I could NOT move the car because the road was flooded all around me. I returned the car with 4 hours delay due to this and they did not even try to understand my situation. They charged me for 1 day extension although I had warned them of my delay. They lost me as a client.

For this reason I have been told that any damage should be turned off by my credit card and subsequently claimed from DiscoverCars, which is not normal. Cons: Spent 3 hrs waiting for my car to then get to the car and it wasn't even clean. I paid for a car seat which they couldn't supply. Then found out they had a boster but the rep in the terminal wanted to charge me separately has the seat was his apparently. The managers did call up a couple of times and apologies but still doesn't cover the time spent with a child at 12 midnight.

Once shown the car, I was able to point to a number of marks on the car on all sides and noted that the car was unwashed and their was a very heavy smell of smoking - however the agent said it was the air freshner and said there was nothing else to swap it with.

Cons: I went early in the morning. The car was old and full of scratches all over when I picked it up and the pick up agent spent a while marking them all in the paper. Still, the car was clean and worked perfectly. The drop off agent was assigning me a scratch that was already there when I picked up the car. Finally I was in a rush and had no time to discuss, and he said he would look at his archives and see what happens. I hope you won't make me pay for something I did not do.

Cons: Hard to find, no car available, we had to go to a coumpound after a long flight to pick up a car on a prking lot in moddel a of the night. The car was a second hand car, not clean at all, with empty tank. A old model, with not even a USB plug...I will make sure to never rent a agin with that company!

Cons: I was provided with an old and poor condition car. It had dents and scrapes around the whole car with burns on seats inside car. It was also provided empty of petrol at after midnight, even though i had it booked to pick up at 10pm. It was not at airport and me and my wife were driven to a car park and given the car in pitch black with no petrol. When i complained i was told there were petrol station on every corner. i almost ran out of petrol on the next morning and wasted a day of my holiday.

Pros: Continued from what I didn’t like as ran out of space - report sheet and as I was attending an event I had no choice but to sign the form to allow me to rent the car and not be late. I’d already waited 20 minutes on arrival for the car to be collected from where it was parked. The return check of the car was a thorough 20 minutes and included myself cleaning marks on the car to demonstrate items that were to be put down as damage were in fact dirt/dust/sand.

Cons: I received the car with the low tyre pressure warning sign lit up on the dashboard as well as less than half a tank of fuel. This is not what you expect from a hire company when you arrive in a new city. As well as being a safety issue, being unfamiliar with the city meant it was at least 1 hour before I found a petrol station to put air in the tyres and refuel. The check of the car on arrival lasted all of 5 minutes with the operative refusing to put down the marks I identified on the damage

They take a long time at check in and push to sell you insurance, etc. I got and email and was charged for a "scratch" several days after returning the car even though I did a walk around upon returning the vehicle and saw no scratches. This was my second bad experience with FAST and so I would not recommend booking with them.
